Our farm store is filled with the delicious things that we want to eat, and we want to share them with you!

Quattro’s began as a small grocery store + butcher shop in the city of Poughkeepsie, where it was run by Frank Quattrociocchi Sr. In the early 1970’s the store moved from its Poughkeepsie location to its current home in Pleasant Valley. Over the years our store has grown into much more than a traditional butcher shop and now offers a wide array of specialty foods, Italian groceries, house-smoked meats, craft and local beer, and lots of home cooked specialties.

As your local butcher we only sell top quality cuts of beef, pork, veal, lamb, as well as a selection of unique + game meats. We are proud to offer all of our farm raised poultry for sale in the store as well as our farm fresh chicken, duck, turkey, and pheasant eggs. We consistently keep a healthy stock of house-made smoked meats, homemade and imported cold cuts, a freezer full of homemade soups + sauces, baked goods, fresh and local vegetables. We keep our shelves filled with Italian specialties - olive oils, vinegars, canned goods, PASTA, cheeses and cured meats to name a few. There’s always new additions to our selection of grocery items + pantry staples, which we source locally and seasonally when we can.

There are many “seasons” at Quattro’s Farm Store. Whether there’s a holiday coming up and you’re looking to cook a specific meal; if it’s sweltering hot and you want to grill lots of meats; when it’s freezing outside and you need ingredients for a warm and comforting stew; or if you just want to stop by for a tasty soft-serve ice cream.

For most of the year we get our vegetables locally from Migliorelli Farm. Why Migliorelli?!

Our store is run by Joyce (Migliorelli) Quattrociocchi. Both Quattro’s and Migliorelli Farms have been long time vendors at Union Square Greenmarket where Joyce often worked with her brother, Ken Migliorelli. It was at that market when Sal Quattro secured Joyce’s affections with free poultry, and the rest is history!
