The Quattro Family has been farming in the Hudson Valley for more than 75 years. First started by Maria and Leonard Fanelli, the version of Quattro’s farm that exists today is the life’s work of Carmella Quattrociocchi and is carried on by her son, Sal. The farm store began as a small grocer + butcher shop in Poughkeepsie run by Frank Quattrociocchi. Carmella and Frank were married in 1954, and in 1972 they built a store on the home farm in Pleasant Valley where it continues as a traditional butcher shop and specialty grocery store.
